I recently corrected my sloth-like ways and became a runner. In fact, I ran the Boston Marathon this past April with a couple of my buds. On that day, I experienced my largest mood swing ever, from ridiculously pessimistic during the race, to euphoric upon completion. I definitely plan on running again next year. What was gained from the Democratic National Convention? It doesn't appear as if Kerry's standing in the polls has received the boost that the DNC has traditionally given to past presidential candidates. And also, due to the timing of the terror alert released by the White House, many are accusing the Bush administration of manipulating information for political gains. Though these may influence the upcoming election, they pale in comparison to the real issue at hand. That's right folks....

I first stumbled upon JU after reading a penny-arcade article that referred me to an article written by Draginol. What kept me coming...I would attribute it to the articles and comments giving me something to read in my free time (which is too much). Or maybe it's the need to somewhat anonymously spill my guts about certain topics. Either way, I'm here and will post the randomness that flows through my mind.
